Lora Lee Edahl, 67, of Pittsburgh, formerly of West Deer Township, passed away at her residence, Sunday, December, 27, 2020, with her husband and daughter by her side. She was born, April 10, 1953 in Harrison Township, the daughter of the late Lloyd R. and June (McGowan) May. Lora was a Registered Nurse, practicing at West Penn Hospital and several other hospitals in the area before working as a case manager for UPMC. She enjoyed reading and listening to Irish music. One of her fond memories was a family holiday to Ireland. Lora is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Richard Edahl and daughter, Torre Edahl, of Philadelphia; sisters, Judith (Jon) Parrish, of Middlesex, Lisa (Edward) Mazary, of Treasure Lake, Jodi (Thomas) Fitzsimmons, of Florence, SC, and Vonna May-Miller, of West Deer Township; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, L. David, Dana, and Tammy Sue May. A private graveside services was conducted by Rev. Jo Ramsey at Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.
